Program Description

Saint Michael's College offers an Exploratory program designed for students who are undecided about their major. Recognizing that approximately 80% of U.S. students change their major at least once, this program fosters exploration of various disciplines before committing to a specific field of study. Exploratory students are assigned an academic advisor to guide their academic discovery journeys and develop course plans. Additionally, resources such as the Student Success Center, Career Education, and the Undergraduate Dean's office offer support in the exploration and selection of a major. This comprehensive approach ensures that students receive the necessary guidance to make informed decisions about their academic paths.
