Human Resource Management Minor

Saint Michael's College partners with Rize Education to offer a Human Resources Management minor. The program provides students with a background in administrative organizational functions, hiring and training employees, handling inter-company disputes, working with HR software, and other skills that are important in the burgeoning HRM field alongside a traditional business education.

NOTE: Rize HR Management courses are only available to students minoring in HR Management. In order to add the HR Management minor to their programs of study, students must be able to complete the requirements within their allotted timeline for degree completion.

This minor is offered partially online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. Some courses within the program are delivered by faculty employed by partner institutions within the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education.
