• at least 1 of which must be a “Literary Timelines” course (200-249)
• at least 1 of which must be a “Ways of Reading” course (260, 270, 280, 290)
• at least 1 of which must be at the 300 level*

*This requirement excludes creative writing workshops (i.e., a student could take a creative writing workshop as 1 of the 4 additional courses for the minor, but would still need to take an additional non-workshop 300-level course)
