BI 247 - Plant Science and Agriculture This course focuses on the complex relationship between plant biology and agricultural practices. Crop yield, pathogens and pests, drought tolerance, breeding and genetic engineering, fertilizers and soil, and farm systems will be explored in both the lecture laboratory portions of this course with an emphasis on applied problem solving.
