GPS 601 - Group PsychotherapyThis course provides an overview of theory, research, practice and a basic appreciation for Group Psychotherapy. Topics include: history, contrasting approaches, group development, role of the therapist, special issues, and organizational and ethical concerns. Didactic and experiential learning activities are part of the student’s experience.
Prerequisites: GPS 525, 526 or with permission of the instructor.
Credits: 3 cr.
