BU 341 - Labor Relations This course focuses on the art of negotiations. Through the use of actual grievances from the field of labor relations students will learn to negotiate in all types of situations. It also includes a broad survey of American labor movement. Case studies and extensive classroom participation allow exploration of various methods of dispute settlement including mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.
Prerequisites: BU 214 (formerly BU 303)
