PS 303 - Organizational Behavior This course will provide students with the opportunity to explore the many ways that psychology can be applied to the workplace and the organization. The application of psychological principles to problems such as employee selection, supervision, job satisfaction, and work efficiency as well as organizational culture and leadership style will be examined. As an integral part of this course, current research within the field will be reviewed and an empirical research study will be conducted and formally presented.
Prerequisites: PS 214 or PS 215 or permission of instructor
