BU 204 - Management Essentials

BU 204 is intended to provide an introduction to the basic principles of management which apply to organizations operating in the for-profit, no-profit or public sectors. The course is structured around the key tasks of contemporary managers: Planning: Organizing, Leading, and Controlling organizational activities. It combines a review of the latest theory in the field of management with exposure to the current issues and controversies surrounding managers and leaders in a wide range of settings.
