FR 440 - Readings in French Literature

Readings in the literature of France. Courses could cover a literary school, ideology, or movement (e.g. the Moralists of the seventeenth century), an author (e.g. Colette or Molière), a theme (e.g. la querelle des femmes).

Prerequisites: FR 243.
