AR 251 - Survey of the History of Art I: Cave Painting to the Renaissance Credits: 4 cr.
AR 252 - Survey of the History of Art II: Renaissance to Modern Credits: 4 cr.

And choose four courses from the following:

AR 280 - Culture and Society in Medieval Burgundy Credits: 3 cr.
AR 333 - Art Since 1945 Credits: 3 cr.
AR 347 - Visual Culture of the Middle Ages I: 200 C.E. - 1000 C.E. Credits: 4 cr.
AR 348 - Visual Culture in the Middle Ages II: 900 C.E. - 1400 C.E. Credits: 4 cr.
AR 361 - Art, Architecture, and Material Culture of the United States Credits: 4 cr.
AR 381 - Special Topics in Art History Credits: 3-4 cr.
AR 391 - West African and African American Art and Culture Credits: 3 cr.

Or

An approved academic internship in arts and/or museum administration may substitute for one of the four courses above.
