PO 332 - U.S. Constitutional Law: Government Power The first of two courses on U.S. Constitutional Law, this course examines the powers and structure of the American national government through a political and judicial lens. Specific topics include examining sources of constitutional authority, constitutional change, the nature of judicial review, and the separation of powers. Students should take this course as well as PO 334 for a complete study of U.S. Constitutional Law, but they do not need to be taken in order.
