FS 159 - God, Sex, Violence

This course explores some of the most difficult questions that face us in the twenty-first century. Where does violence come from and why is it so often connected to masculinity – to being a “real man”? Is there anything we can do to reduce violence? We will examine not only violence and its connection to gender and sexuality, but also faith as a resource for nonviolent intervention.
