ES 330 - Sustainable Food Systems Beyond choosing farm fresh ingredients, what is a sustainable food system? How has sustainability been promoted locally and globally? This course studies a specific sustainable food system outside the US in comparison with the scientific, social, and political development of such a system in Vermont.
