EC 315 - World Economies Study of major economic systems, both in their “pure” forms and as they have evolved over time. Topics include an examination of the history, structure, policy and performance of various economies from an evolutionary perspective; Countries studied may vary. Examples: Japan, former U.S.S.R, South Korea, China, India, Brazil; European economic integration and transitioning countries in Eastern Europe.
Prerequisites: EC 101 or EC 103
