BI 225 - Cell Biology The study of cell structure and function. Topics include cellular biochemical processes, cell membranes, organelles, the cytoskeleton, nuclear function, cell division, and cell behavior. Lecture and laboratories will emphasize an experimental and quantitative approach.
Prerequisites: BI 151 and BI 153, with a grade of “C” or better in each; CH 110, CH 117, sophomore, or junior standing, or permission of the instructor.
