AC 143 - Managerial Accounting Covers the preparation and use of accounting information to support managerial planning, control and decision making. Introduces cost classification and behavior concepts, cost-volume-profit analysis, the use of budgets, cost-control systems, standard costs, variance analysis, cost-based decision making, and cash flows.
Prerequisites: BU 103 (or BU 113)
Full course Misc. Notes: Accounting majors and minors will take AC 141, Financial Accounting instead of BU 103.
