ED 475 - Student Teaching Internship Provides Elementary Education majors the opportunity to teach under the direct supervision of a licensed teacher in an elementary classroom. Provides Secondary Education majors the opportunity to design, implement and evaluate instruction under the direct supervision of a licensed teacher in a middle school or high school classroom. This is a full-time, full-semester internship taken concurrently with ED 428.
Prerequisites: Must be a Senior and successfully pass Praxis I and Praxis II. Overall and Education GPA of 3.0, liberal arts major GPA of 3.0, and departmental approval.
