GPS 513 - Advanced Developmental PsychologyThis course is designed to provide you with an opportunity for in-depth exploration of major topics in child development. Topics include genetics, brain & motor development, cognition, language, attachment, and parenting & family. Within each area of study, we will consider the hereditary, psychological, and social influences on development, and discuss a variety of theoretical and empirical approaches.
Prerequisites: Bachelor’s Degree, Developmental Psychology (or its equivalent).
Credits: 3 cr.
