ES 335 - Sustainable Food Systems Case Study Beyond choosing farm fresh ingredients, what is a sustainable food system? How has sustainability been promoted locally and globally? This away course studies a specific sustainable food system outside the US, examining the scientific, social, and political development of such a system through site visits and discussions with leading practitioners.
Prerequisites: PO 325 or ES 330
