BU 325 - Sales and Sales Management Examines each of the components of the selling process, stressing the need for pre-call preparation and identification of buyer needs as the key building blocks for sales success. Includes a brief overview of the sales management function with emphasis on the motivational and coaching roles of the sales manager.
Prerequisites: BU 305.
