PO 352 - HIV/AIDS in East Africa A service learning course including a two-to-four-week experiential component working with people living with HIV/AIDS in Kenya or Tanzania. Following an overview of government, culture and basic language skills, the course will investigate how HIV is impacting this area of the world and what can be done to resolve the problem.
Prerequisites: PO 351 or permission of the instructor.
Credits: 3 cr.
