Students in the Master’s Program in School Leadership work individually and with colleagues, in the classroom and in the field, to explore concepts while acquiring and applying their skills. An initial teaching license or equivalent is required for admission. The additional endorsement as a Vermont School Principal, Director of Curriculum, or Director of Special Education can be obtained through this program if the applicant has a teaching license and a minimum of three years K-12 teaching under the license.
Electives (2-5 credits with Endorsement; 11 credits without Endorsement)
Students may choose credits from among other graduate course offerings. It is highly recommended that students select courses from the School Leadership program as well as in the areas of special education and curriculum.
