Saint Michael’s College has an inter-institutional agreement with the University of Vermont for a Dual Degree Program in Engineering. The program guarantees students who meet specified criteria (in terms of coursework and GPA) transfer admission to a prescribed program of study in the University’s College of Engineering and Mathematics. Qualified students may register for any of the options in the civil engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering programs at the University of Vermont. Upon successful completion of the program and degree requirements, students will receive a bachelor of arts degree from Saint Michael’s College and a bachelor of science degree in the appropriate engineering area from the University of Vermont. Students normally complete the Dual Degree Program in five years.

Below is a listing of the courses required as part of the Saint Michael’s portion of the Dual Degree Program in Engineering.
