GSA 551 - Human Resource Management

This course covers a broad spectrum of human resource management areas: job design and analysis, human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, wage and salary systems, health and safety, and employee and union relations. Consideration will also be given to government regulations, legal requirements, and contemporary issues in human resource management.
