CHI 208 - Conversation in Chinese

This intermediate-level conversation course emphasizes speaking skills: vocabulary, pronunciation, accuracy of expression, confidence, and fluency. Students will also practice listening, reading, and writing skills through class discussion and assignments. Course topics will focus on current affairs and contemporary social, political, and cultural issues in China and the Chinese world.
