CH 308 - Environmental Chemistry


A study of the chemistry of current environmental problems and their impacts on the global community.  Potential solutions are also considered.  The course deals with such topics as atmospheric chemistry and air pollution, energy, climate change, toxic organic compounds, water chemistry, water pollution, and solid waste.

Prerequisites: CH 208 and CH 117
