BU 425 - Capital Budgeting

This course further develops the capital budgeting introduced in BU 216 and explores the effect of real asset investment decisions on corporate strategy and firm performance. The focus is on applied decision-making. Topics include advanced techniques in capital budgeting, option pricing and strategies, the real option approach to capital budgeting.

Prerequisites: BU 216, minimum grade of B-
