GPS 507 - Psychological Assessment IThis course is an introduction to the construction, administration, and interpretation of psychological tests. Emphasis during the first semester will be on the assessment of intellectual functions and abilities. Students will have an opportunity to practice and administer individual cognitive measures both in lab and independently with supervision. The course includes a testing skills lab that meets one and one-half hour per week.
Prerequisites:
GPS 515 must be taken prior to or concurrently with this course. Course open to degree students only or with permission of the director.
Credits: 4 cr.
