GED 607 - Literacy Instruction for Struggling Adolescent Readers: Intervention and Instruction

The What Works Clearinghouse, the International Reading Association, and the National Council of Teachers of English have all examined the research on effective classroom and intervention practices for struggling adolescents. This course is designed to build on this knowledge base as we explore ways to assess and adjust literacy instruction to the strengths and needs of adolescent students.

Credits: 3 cr.
