GSA 491 - Applying the Behavioral Sciences to ManagementThis course broadens and deepens students’ understanding of how to lead and manage at all four levels in organizations: individual, group, within business units and organization-wide. The course teaches theories and practical tools for increased self-awareness and for understanding and managing social processes that promote and impede action. Students also learn to guide problem-solving and decision making across a spectrum of groups—from a project management team to a public-private collaborative.
