GSA 538 - Systems Thinking: A Management Perspective“Systems Thinking” is one of the most important advancements in how to think and how to effectively communicate complex organizational problems. Systems Thinking focuses management’s attention from dealing with symptoms to addressing the root causes of problems. Students will have an opportunity to use system tools to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in their organizations.
