Minors


A minor in a particular field of study normally consists of five full courses. No more than two courses in a student’s minor may also count for that student’s major, with the exception of required cognates for a major. No more than two courses in a student’s minor may also count toward any other minor that student undertakes. Formal declaration of a minor must be made through the Registrar’s Office’s Minor Change Request Form. A minimum grade point average of 2.0 must be attained in a minor.
